چکیده

Abstract Due to global shifts in climate, studies contrasting conditions of two natural and climatic zones are particular interest: (1) subzone mixed broad-leaved forests, (2) south-steppe subzone. In the period 2019-2020, 308 plant species from 56 families were surveyed. Phytopathogens damage plants, therefore increase loss quality materials. The frequency occurrence mycoses autumn is 2-14 times higher than spring-summer observations. activity phytopathogenic fungi genera Fusarium (the causative agent fusarium), Puccinia (rust), Phoma (phomosis), Rhizoctonia (scab), Verticillium (tracheomycotic or vascular wilting) increases. Differences dominant micromycetes point view geography determined: zone 1 (forest) - Alternaria spp., Chaetomium F. avenaceum (Fr.) Sacc., (Mart.) Heterosporium iridis (Fautrey & Roum.) JE Jacques, Stemphylium spp.; 2 (steppe) – Botrytis Cladosporium avenaceum, Peronospora Pullularia Septoria spp . Screening pesticides (biological fungicides) showed effectiveness preparations based on Pseudomonas fluorescens, Bacillus subtilis Streptomyces griseus limiting growth mycelium fungi.

Models for estimating phytoplankton population densities under different environmental conditions with emphasis on climatic factors

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of environmental conditions with emphasis on the main meteorological factors (air temperature variables, sunshine hour, and humidity), on phytoplankton communities. As important primary producers in aquatic ecosystems, phytoplankton communities could be affected by several factors. Environmental factors play the major role in occurrence and diver...

Environmental survival of Mycobacterium avium subsp. paratuberculosis in different climatic zones of eastern Australia.

The duration of survival of both the S and C strains of Mycobacterium avium subsp. paratuberculosis in feces was quantified in contrasting climatic zones of New South Wales, Australia, and detailed environmental temperature data were collected. Known concentrations of S and C strains in feces placed on soil in polystyrene boxes were exposed to the environment with or without the provision of sh...
